I can't believe Isaac is one. Time has gone by way too fast. It was so fun watching Isaac at his party and all our friends & family celebrate this special time. The day of his party which was his actual birthday it rained. I was pretty bummed because I was planning on having his party outside to go with "Little Explorer" theme. So we hurried and cleaned the house and setup some decorations in our condo and called it good. Some of our great friends came over and it was fun seeing their little kids playing with Isaac. We ate hot dogs, chili, corn bread, and dessert. Isaac loved his cake until someone shouted yay...then he realized all eyes were on him and he started crying. It was so cute. He only had a little bit of his cake...I was ok with that.
Some things I absolutely love about our Isaac...
when he gets really excited he shouts
he has a REALLY HIGH pitched scream and it's something we are trying to overcome haha...I'm sure it will be a funny thing to look back on
he loves books...especially when daddy reads to him
his contagious laugh
he loves pushing our "buttons" he always looks at us before he does something he isn't suppose to
when he sees a picture of himself or if he sees himself in a mirror he gets all smiley
i love seeing him with his cousin ellie they are so cute together and he loves her so much
he always calls for Bob...in the store, the car, in his crib, when I'm changing him....so funny
