LEMON ROSEMARY SLOW COOKER CHICKEN
ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup low sodium, fat free chicken broth
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 springs of Rosemary
- dash of seasalt
- few twist of ground black pepper
directions
- Place chicken breast at the bottom of your crockpot. Top with chicken broth, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and sliced lemon.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
