LEMON ROSEMARY SLOW COOKER CHICKEN

ingredients 

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup low sodium, fat free chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 springs of Rosemary
  • dash of seasalt
  • few twist of ground black pepper


directions
  1. Place chicken breast at the bottom of your crockpot. Top with chicken broth, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and sliced lemon.
  2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
